Later in life, when they're all grown up, it's going to suck for Mariah Carey's twins— Moroccan Scott and Monroe— to learn that their baby pictures only fetched a mere $200,000. According to the New York Post's Page Six, that's all their worth. PEOPLE and OK! are putting their bids in now. It's been almost two months since April 20th, when Carey gave birth.
"She is still deciding when and if she's going to [do the pictures]," said a rep for Carey. "She is enjoying being a mom, and there's no rush. It's not about the money."
Or is it? Maybe the reason why they haven't been seen yet is because Carey thinks the pictures can fetch more dollars. Sources say Carey hoped to get more than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's $14 million take for Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in 2008. But that's definitely not happening.
"There's not much movement going on right now," said a source. "Everyone wants them, and everyone is putting in offers. But times and budgets have changed from the Brangie baby years."
Poor kids.
