Don't mess with Kim Kardashian! She'll sue. Ask In Touch Weekly, which has been threatened with a lawsuit by the reality TV star for publishing a cover story claiming that Kim had an affair with New England Patriot Bret Lockett while she was dating her now fiance Kris Humphries.
In Touch Weekly says Kim asked a friend to introduce her to Lockett, and then after they made acquaintances, they traded sexts and had phone sex. One of the convos was recounted by an unnamed friend. It went like this:
Kim: Mr
Bret: Yes Miss
Kim: How are you doll?
Bret: I’m good and you?
Kim: Why don’t you put in an effort and try and make me your girlfriend doll?
Bret: But don’t ask for something your[sic] not ready for
Kim: I’m sure I’m ready
Bret: What’s your schedule looking like the next few weeks? I want to see you
Kim: I’m free Mon after 11, then I’m kinda busy after. You should send me a SEXY picture
Bret: What are you doing the 19th to the 22nd?
Bret: What does Miss Kimmy want?
Kim: The picture
Bret: LOL. Your used to getting what you want, huh?
Kim: Yes so. I want it.
“I knew this was a game to her," said Lockett of the five month affair. "but this is what she does. She pursued me."
Early Wednesday morning Kim threatened to sue In Touch Weekly and Lockett. She was reportedly hipped to the story before it was published and her lawyer sent a letter to the mag saying they'd be sued if they went ahead with it.
“This is absolutely not true," Kim told E! "I have no idea who this person is.”
Lockett says their relationship was emotional, not physical. Which is to say, he may have never even met Kim in real life.
