Nicole Scherzinger Will Replace Cheryl Cole As Judge On "X-Factor"

When it comes to judging the upcoming US edition of "X-Factor," Cheryl's out, Nicole's in.

Reports are circulating that UK pop singer Cheryl Cole, who's already a judge on the UK edition of the show, has been replaced by Nicole Scherzinger, who was originally supposed to be a judge on the show anyway.

As for why Cheryl got canned, it seems her British accent was at fault. Also, her own singing career and judging the UK version of the show.

Cole is not pleased about this, and rumors abound that she'll be quitting the UK "X-Factor" as payback, leaving the show's producers in something of a bind.
