Lindsay Lohan covers the June issue of FHM Russia, and while we don't know what any of the accompanying text means (google translate, help?), we surely know that the images are some of the hottest we've seen of Lindsay in some time. That said, they do appear a tad familiar. And maybe that's because the cover shot has actually been used before, for the German edition of GQ, last August.
