A dinner was held last night in Paris, France for Karl Lagerfeld. Blake Lively showed up. Wearing Chanel, of course, because she's the new face of Chanel Mademoiselle handbags, and because she's reportedly Lagerfeld's pet project. She looked hot. No surprise there.
