Horror-comedies are rather easy to mess up. For every great one (Shaun of the Dead), there's a mega-sized clunker (Vampires Suck). At least in terms of the first couple of entries, the Scary Movie franchise exists somewhere in between those two extremes, though closer to the positive end. At the core of the series is Anna Faris, a hilarious actress who's also sexy as all hell. It's probably her comedic timing and fearlessness in the face of dirty humor (see the first Scary Movie's bust-a-load sex scene). Whatever it is, guys are laughing all the way to the bedroom, complete with "Do Not Disturb" signs on the outer doorknobs.
