The gingers seem to be winning. That is, of course, because Blake Lively is now one of them.
The "Gossip Girl" star showed off her new red hair on the red carpet for the TIME 100 gala last night in New York City.
She told PEOPLE that the change in hair color was for her role in the upcoming film "Hick." That doesn't mean she's fully into the idea of being a redhead though.
"I thought [my character] needed red hair," she said. "It helps when you're playing a role, when I don't feel like myself. And I don't really feel like myself with red hair."
