Did Katy Perry sleep with producer Benny Blanco? That's what Australian magazine NW reported last month, and the validity of the claim has the mag in hot water. So much hot water, in fact, that Katy Perry is suing the magazine's publisher, ACP Magazines.
The lawsuit, filed at the Victoria Supreme Court, says "By reason of the publication of the article, the plaintiff (Perry) has been gravely injured in her reputation and feelings (and) has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation."
NW originally cited a friend of Katy's named Angela Summers and also a source named Marlon David, both of whom Perry says she doesn't know.
The lawsuit could potentially lead to a six-figure payout to the California gurl.
