Lindsay Lohan is drinking again. Not exactly what you'd expect from a troubled actress who faces jail time for jewelry theft. She recently admitted to her probation officer that she has been drinking Kombucha, a fermented tea that contains 0.5% alcohol by volume. So, while she isn't exactly popping bottles, she's still technically violating her probation.
Rumor has it that the L.A. County Probation Department is compiling a list of reasons why Lohan should be sent back to jail. Something tells us this little slip-up won't work in her favor.
We suggest she start drinking Kool Aid or holy water right about now.
