Lindsay Lohan Plans To Sue Jewelry Store Over Surveillance Tape Sale

"Entertainment Tonight" recently acquired surveillance tape from Kamofie & Company, the jewelery store Lindsay Lohan is charged with stealing a $2500 necklace from. The video was originally obtained by the Associated Press, and was then licensed to ET and their sister show "The Insider" for one week's exclusive usage for around $40k. It's 42 minutes long. What exactly do you see for 42 minutes? Not much, except for Lindsay trying on several pieces of jewelry. Regardless, she's  pissed and plans to sue Kamofie & Company for trying to profit off her name. "We regret to hear there is trepidation by Miss Lohan in connection with the video," a rep for the store told TMZ. "We hope that everyone understands that this is beyond our control, the flood of the requests to see this video were simply too overwhelming. It was truly necessary to put it out."
