Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Felony Tomorrow For Stolen Necklace

So much for Lindsay Lohan's comeback. TMZ reports that sources are saying she'll be officially charged with a single count of felony grand theft tomorrow at Airport Court in LA. This stemming from allegations that she stole a $2500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, LA. Apparently, on the day Lohan took the necklace, she was flush with cash- about $6k- because she was debating whether to buy a ring at the store. Word is that the store's surveillance video clearly shows Lindsay walking out with the necklace on. She could land in jail if convicted.
