Katy Perry hit Mexico City over the weekend to debut her perfume, Purr, which has been available elsewhere since late Fall. At an event there, she donned a sexy purple dress that showed off a copious amount of cleavage between the singer's burly breasts. Looks like her perfume isn't the only thing angling for a release.
