Ever watch a sex scene in a movie or TV show and think to yourself, wow, "I wonder if he's really hit it. Looks awfully realistic." Well, if his on-screen partner is actress Emmy Rossum, from the Showtime series "Shameless," chances are he isn't. "We like it to be realistic but not real, but I wear something I call the 'vag pad'," she said during an appearance on "Chelsea Lately" last night (February 21st). "It's kind of a little triangular panty liner that you stick to you..." She called the act of working with it a "slippery situation," and said occasionally more than a pad is needed ... something like a sock. Wow.
