Did she steal it or didn't she? That's the question being asked today, after a piece of jewelry that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole from a jewelry store in Venice, LA, was mysteriously returned to the police by one of the troubled actress's associates. According to TMZ, Lohan is telling friends, "It's bullshit ... I don't have any necklace."
As the story goes, Lindsay swiped the $2500 necklace on January 22nd. Police then issued a search warrant for the star's beach house in Venice, claiming they had surveillance video from the store showing Lindsay actually wearing it. No word on whether that video shows her walking out with it on.
Now that the necklace has been returned, RadarOnline.com says the the District Attorny's office is deciding whether or not to pursue any charges.
