Ashlee Simpson Files For Divorce From Pete Wentz

TMZ is reporting that Ashlee Simpson just filed for divorce from her husband of almost three years, Pete Wentz. Simpson cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce, and is looking to attain primary physical custody of the couple's two year old son, Bronx. Sources tell TMZ there's no pre-nuptial agreement between the two, but something tells us that that even if these two had to divvy up assets, neither would be left starving any time soon.
