Vivid Entertainment May Sue Sex Site Over Tila Tequila Tape

If you frequent pornhub.com on the daily (or hourly, no judgement), you might have caught leaked footage of a Tila Tequila sex tape that made its on way onto the site last week. Turns out the footage was actually stolen. TMZ reports that Vivid Entertainment owned the rights to the sex tape and was planning to release it this week until someone at their company with sticky fingers got their paws on it. Vivid reportedly sent a letter to Pornhub asking them to take it down, but this being the internets, you can be sure to catch it on Spankwire about five minutes from now.

Coincidently, last week Tequila kicked off her 2011 by making a guest appearance on the CBS sitcom "$#*! My Dad Says." It was a far cry from her tumultuous 2010, where she reportedly tried killing herself.

"Last year, I was going through a really tough time," Tila told Radar Online, in an exclusive interview. "I have my doctor and my therapist and throughout all of last year I went constantly. I got sober. I want to cover up more and I don't want to show too much cleavage. I feel like an adult now. I feel like a woman. The girl last year... I feel like that girl is so far away. I feel like she's dead."
