Marisa Miller appears on the cover of February's issue of Shape magazine. It's her 8th time on the cover, which, geez, has to be some sort of record. In the issue, the 32-year old Victoria's Secret model serves up her tips for staying fit, amog other things. She says shes works out for 90 minutes a day three or four times a week with a trainer at a boxing ring where she jumps rope for 15-20 minutes, then hits a heavy bag in 3-minute sets.
"And finally, we finish up with five sets of 30 to 40 squats. That's my butt workout right there," she says "It's pretty simple, but extremely effective."
Ohhh, so that's the secret.
