Lindsay Lohan Tweets Hot Pics From JJ Mag Shoot

Lilo's been pretty quiet since she got out rehab in early January. Can you blame her? She probably barely has a free moment, what with all those drug tests she has to take. She’s slowly getting back in the swing of things though, as evidenced by pics she posted to her twitter account yesterday. They’re from a shoot she was doing with Japanese fashion/lifestyle mag JJ. She gave a shoutout to Sally Hershberger for doing her hair, and her fans, tweeting, “Love the hair @SHershberger... & Thank You for all the sweet messages, you guys are the best!

Lindsay also reportedly took a week off from rehab back in November to pose for fashion photographer Adam Secore’s Fight and Fable Show, which is running at the Kana Manglapus Gallery in Venice, CA until February 15th.
