Miss Louisiana 1975, Shear made her mark on the '90s as a recurring personality on USA's Up All Night, which, funny as it may sound now, was really edgy TV back in the day. She's a funny girl with a slamming body. And while we're guessing many of you weren't born yet, for those who were, she's the one who used to say "Up!" all high pitched like when she was doing drops for the show. Not that that's what makes her hot. Her hotness has nothing to do with how she plugs things. Or does it?
