Bad news for us: Nick Lachey has finally proposed to Vanessa Minnillo, which means the former MTV VJ is really off the market now. Ugh. But wait...maybe we've still got a chance. Sure, Lachey's a smart guy, and he probably remembers anniversaries and birthdays and such, but is he smart enough to congratulate 'Nessa a day early?
