Something's changed about Heidi Montag and we can't quite put our finger on it ('cause she's married, and putting our hands on her new twos might be a problem). That's right, like many famous females, the reality TV star has gone under the knife and gotten breast implants. While we prefer natural beauty, we can't hate on this boob job, which is a rare example of plastic surgery done right. Of course, patients usually get addicted to lifts and inserts and end up looking like Jocelyn "The Catwoman" Wildenstein, but for now Montag is looking pretty good.
