Don't let the fact that Kanye West has been laying low lately fool you into thinking that crowds don't go crazy for him anymore. British concertgoers had already packed London's famous O2 Arena to see Beyoncé perform and lucked out when a couple more superstars showed up. Hov came through to support his wifey, and Kanye hit the stage to spit his verse from thier hit, "Ego." The festivities went down a few nights ago, but quality footage is just now hitting the web.
