1. Schedule Rewards

"When it comes to rewarding yourself, the key is to carve it into the schedule. It can't just be a spur of the moment thing. I like me a burger and some fries, and some nachos, and some ice cream every once in a while. But what I do is carve it into my schedule, so I know I can have that. I reward myself on Wednesdays and Sundays; those are the days I can have what I want. I get the craving out of the way, so I'm satisfied emotionally and psychologically."
