A businessman, who apparently got blasted during happy hour, was captured on video struggling to descend an ascending escalator at London's Tottenham Court Road station. Sam Napper, the cameraman, says that he thought the poor guy was trying to amuse his "FX Trader mates." Nope, he was just wasted.
