The Pisco Sour
“The Pisco Sour is the drink most associated with the spirit. If I'm sitting down for a meal, I must have one.”
2 ounces pisco
1 ounce of lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Shake with ice. Serve with a drop of bitters, just enough to smell.
