3 cups peaches, skinned and quartered
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of cinnamon
In a pan, combine peaches, lemon juice, 3/4 cranberry juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring it to a boil, then cover and reduce heat, letting it simmer for five minutes. Mix cranberry juice and cornstarch together then, bringing the pan to a boil again, add it. Mix for two minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream if your stoned-self is feeling decadent.
