Mario Chalmers Buys Drake's Miami Condo for $2.6 Million

Remember those two Miami condos Drake listed in January? Well, he's finally found a buyer in Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers.

According to reports, Chalmers bought the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom condo (which was created by merging two units) for $2.6 million—exactly what Drake was asking for. Located in Miami's Marquis Residences, the place was luxurious enough to shoot a video in. Here's what real estate agents had to say about it:

A great deal, according to listing agent Jill Eber, considering that the apartment is located in one of Miami’s “most elegant” buildings, the Marquis Residences. The new buyer, like Drizzy Drake before him, will enjoy 20-foot ceilings, glass walls, marble staircases and views of Biscayne Bay. The Marquis also offers A-list amenities such as an open-air sky pool deck, a signature spa and fitness center by RockResorts, private elevators and valet parking. “It’s a spectacular property, in the heart of Miami,” says Coldwell Banker’s Danny Hertzberg, a member of the property’s real estate team, The Jills. “The opportunity to work with Drake and his team was fantastic.”

Aside from his shot against Memphis in the 2008 National Championship Game, this might be the best move of his career.
