29-year-old Jesse Strauss, an investigator for New York's Business Integrity Commission, was arrested and charged with DUI Sunday morning after smacking his Camry into a minivan under the FDR Drive. According to the New York Post, witnesses say Strauss was easily doing 100 miles per hour before colliding with the minivan. Strauss suffered a broken leg, and sanitation workers helped him escape the fiery wreckage that used to be his vehicle, while the driver of the minivan is in stable condition.

The Business Integrity Commission is responsible for stopping illegal activity in various New York industries, so this DUI is a bad look for them and Strauss. He's been suspended pending an investigation, so he'll have plenty of time to nurse that broken leg.
