Amici Brentwood

Episode: “The Safe House” (Season 8, Episode 2)
Address: 2538 San Vicente Blvd., Santa Monica, Calif.
Website: amicibrentwood.com

Larry learns the importance of “confirming plans,” after he gets stood up for lunch by his crew at the Santa Monica trattoria. Though we don't get to see any of the restaurant's popular hand-made gnocci, the look on Richard Lewis' face as he's later stuck waiting for a noticeably absent Larry is almost as priceless.

This is somewhere in Westwood. Can't think of it at the moment. Just before they eat there, LD is in the parking lot next to what used to be Madison's, a country-western bar, The Good Earth and more. Just south of CPK. 26th Street Bakery is actually Jamaica's Cakes on Pico Blvd between Sawtelle and Bundy. And yes, they do make "erotic" cakes, dong-shaped cookies that say "Eat Me," and, of course, elegant, multi-tiered wedding cakes. And whatever else your heart and tummy desire. Highly recommend this WLA gem!
