Upon the sight of this appetizer I was almost "Earl The Pearl" AKA Barf Simpson. Roasted cow bones with the soft marrow left inside for bread dipping, with rock salt on the side as a flavor enhancer, but I'll be damned if that shit didn't taste bangin'! Won't be asking wifey to make it…ever…but I'd take a second try next time I'm in Paris for sure. Not for the meek, but very tasty once you get past the idea that you're eating molten marrow. Out of a bone. From a French cow. In a—nevermind.
