Sandwiched on West 20th Ave between Frame Atelier and the New York Public Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is a loading area observed by one of the largest surveillance’s cameras we’ve seen thus far. This hulking beast is perched above the sidewalk like a vulture and instead of dead flesh it only wants to snack on your privacy. How disconcerting is it that visually impaired individuals making their way to the library are unwittingly watched by this lidless colossus?
