The Boot can be a bit of a scene toward the wee hours of morning. The full bar doesn't help the situation either. But if you can put up with people who are actually drunker than you, the pizza is well worth it. Open 'til 3 a.m. Sun-Wed, 6 a.m. Thur-Sat.

Also Nick Tahous isn't really around anymore. They are now called Stevie T's and they are nowhere as good. I would know I am a Rochestarian. Mark's Texas Hots is an amazing eatery.

Littlejohn's in Charlottesville should positively be on this list. The White Spot is good, but it's where you go at 3 am if the line at Littlejohn's is already out the door.
