During daylight hours, the majority of late-night Mexican restaurants tend to be raunchy, or suspect at best. This isn't the case with Memo's. Their breakfast burritos are good enough day or night, although with Seattle's overcast skies, sometimes those are one and the same. Open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Also Nick Tahous isn't really around anymore. They are now called Stevie T's and they are nowhere as good. I would know I am a Rochestarian. Mark's Texas Hots is an amazing eatery.

Littlejohn's in Charlottesville should positively be on this list. The White Spot is good, but it's where you go at 3 am if the line at Littlejohn's is already out the door.
