A pretty obvious rip-off of the more famous Nick Tatou Hots and its Garbage Plate, Mark's has a leg up on the original because (a) it's open 24 hours, and (b) its massive, all-everything plate goes by the slightly more appetizing soubriquet "Sloppy Plate." If you're second-guessing eating it, you're probably not drunk enough. Open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Also Nick Tahous isn't really around anymore. They are now called Stevie T's and they are nowhere as good. I would know I am a Rochestarian. Mark's Texas Hots is an amazing eatery.

Littlejohn's in Charlottesville should positively be on this list. The White Spot is good, but it's where you go at 3 am if the line at Littlejohn's is already out the door.
