Real talk: If you're out and about in Vermont at 2 a.m., chances are you're up to no good. Thankfully, there's KKD to make you feel a little more wholesome. The best thing on the menu is undoubtedly the Rise and Shiner, a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with hash browns. Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious. Open 'til 3 a.m. seven days a week.

Also Nick Tahous isn't really around anymore. They are now called Stevie T's and they are nowhere as good. I would know I am a Rochestarian. Mark's Texas Hots is an amazing eatery.

Littlejohn's in Charlottesville should positively be on this list. The White Spot is good, but it's where you go at 3 am if the line at Littlejohn's is already out the door.
