Haven Brothers is a shiny food truck parked outside City Hall in downtown Providence. Its burgers are as quintessentially Rhode Island as religious tolerance and not pronouncing the "R" in Warwick. It's expensive, but you aren't getting bottle service in Providence, so you should have cash to burn after you leave the club. Open 'til 4 a.m. Mon-Sat.

Also Nick Tahous isn't really around anymore. They are now called Stevie T's and they are nowhere as good. I would know I am a Rochestarian. Mark's Texas Hots is an amazing eatery.

Littlejohn's in Charlottesville should positively be on this list. The White Spot is good, but it's where you go at 3 am if the line at Littlejohn's is already out the door.
