Frankston's a beautiful coastal town outside Melbourne on Australia's south coast, and while you won't make a trip Down Under specifically for Frankston Skatepark (or Franga), it has enough to give you a couple days off from the beach, including a 13-foot-deep kidney bowl with a 7-foot shallow end and a massive street plaza with hubbas and ledges galore.
