Yesterday we were shocked to hear the news that the population of Florida dropped for the first time in 63 years. The reason for our alarm? Well, aside from our passion for studying intra-national migration patterns, we thought: “Gee whiz, alligators, overly courteous drivers, and spirited teenagers: what’s not to love about the Sunshine State?”
