Sure, Terry Kennedy is much better at skating than rapping. That doesn’t make the latest Fly Society video for “Get Rich” any less entertaining. In fact, it probably adds to it. Song quality aside, there’s something undeniably cool about a diamond-clad skater talking shit over beats just because he can. We’ll admit it even if no one else does.

Terry Kennedy and his Supra squad are fresh off a crazy city-to-city sneaker promo tour for TK’s first signature shoe “The Society.” After TK and Co. partied it up at KCDC in BK, we caught up with the skater to talk about what it’s like having his own sneaker, how different of a home Supra is compared to Ice Cream, and why he thinks his sneaker takes top billing over the Air Yeezy. Check out the candid video interview with the skater below…
Terry Kennedy and his Supra homies have been hitting up key spots around the nation to promote the release of TK’s first signature shoe, the Supra Society. This past weekend TK and Co. were in our hood, and visited KCDC (Click HERE for pics) in Brooklyn. Supras were slung, and TK greeted the crowd who were there to cop the shin-high sneakers. If you missed out on the promo tour, head over to Factory 413 to cop either the black/red colorway or the purple suede. $132, www.suprafootwear.com

Today's warm NYC weather makes us think of T-shirts and sunglasses, and although the beach is still a long ways off, it's definitely time to invest in some new eyewear. Check out Brigada, the new eyeglass line out of Los Angeles put together by skateboard superheroes Andrew Reynolds, Jim Greco, Terry Kennedy, and Erik Ellington. It's definitely got that LA rocker steez going on, but isn't that what sunglasses are all about? Louis Vuitton millionaires kill the glare, but lets get real. You're not going to drop more than $100 or so on this purchase and Brigada comes in correct at the proper price point. Check some images of their glasses after the jump.
