Olympic figure skater Brian Boitano, last seen a decade ago in a song titled, “What Would Brian Boitano Do?” from South Park’s feature length film, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, is back. And what is BB doing right now? Cooking for the Food Network on Sunday’s premiere of What Would Brian Boitano Make?
South Park’s always had its finger in the pants on the pulse of the cultural zeitgeist, and more than a few episodes have been met with outrage from interest groups or religious leaders. But every once in a while, SP has turned the tables on real life, and seen its gags subtly nestle their way into pop culture. With the Food Network obviously aping their latest franchise’s name from the beloved cartoon (yo FN: Trey and Matt wanna know where their royalty checks are!) , we dug up 10 instances of Real Life Imitating South Park…

We’re always waiting eagerly to see what issue South Park will address each Wednesday, and luckily South Park Studios has started leaking clips of the show before it airs. In a new clip from Wednesday’s episode (which is apparently titled “Eek! A Penis”), Cartman is seen bragging to the boys about going to teach an an inner-city school, to which Kyle suggests that the students will never stand for a “little middle class white boy” telling them what to do. Watch the teaser clip after the jump.

Last night on South Park (watch the full episode here), Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny convince Butters to star in a viral internet video so they can all make a billion dollars. Once it blows up and they get mentioned on the national news, they visit the Colorado Department of Internet Money to collect their “theoretical dollars.” While they’re in the D.I.M. waiting room, they run into the cream of the crop of YouTube superstars, who end up in a brawl to the death. Chocolate Rain, the Laughing Baby, Tron Guy'the whole gang’s there. With all due respect to the I.C.’s, these are the internets icons. Watch the scene, Butters’ video and the original blockbuster viral videos that inspired the episode after the jump.

Do we all secretly want to see Britney die?
That’s the theory behind last night’s episode of South Park, entitled “Britney’s New Look” (Watch the full episode here). When Ms. Spears comes to remote South Park to hide from the parapazzi, the boys’ attempts at photographing her pushes her over the edge, driving her to shoot her head off with a shotgun.
That’s where most shows would end, but no…Britney'with the top of her head completely gone'attempts to stage a comeback, only to become the subject of more ridicule and incessant press coverage. In the end, we learn that all the adults secretly have a human sacrifice pact, and they chose Britney to die long ago. Death by flashbulb deals the final blow.
Check out a clip and a gallery of Brit’s bloody demise after the jump…
