Left To Right: Weezer, Soulja Boy & Drake, Lil’ Wayne, Keri Hilson, Usher

Each day Complex scours the music blogs for 5 fresh songs that you should listen to in our 5 O’Clock Shuffle post. Instead of going crazy trying to keep up with your RSS feeds everyday, just head over to Complex.com to stay up-to-date on important leaks and releases.

Welcome back. We’re starting the week off right with several dope songs that leaked over the weekend and earlier today. Rock. Pop. Rap. R&B. All the genres are covered, so whether you’re only checking for one song or you’re interested in everything, we got you, son. As always, streams and download links are a click away. Hit the jump to get started…

SONG: “Can’t Stop Partying”
ARTIST: Weezer f/ Lil’ Wayne
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Weezer. Weezy. This collab was bound to happen based on names alone. The song will probably catch some hate from overly critical rock and rap fans alike, but it’s an enjoyable record at its core. We won’t be surprised if this is all over the radio a couple months down the line.

SONG: “Play Ball”
ARTIST: Soulja Boy & Drake
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• These guys have been publicly declaring their respect for one another for a while now and they’ve finally teamed up for a track. Look out for this on Soulja’s Paranormal Activity mixtape dropping on Halloween.

SONG: “Run This Town”
ARTIST: Lil’ Wayne
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Here’s another one from No Ceilings, also dropping on Halloween. It almost seems like it was recorded specifically for those in the “I’m tired of Lil’ Wayne” club. Those people usually complain about his Auto-Tuned singing or faux-rock music, but there’s none of that here. Dude spits for three minutes straight and kills it.

SONG: “I Like”
ARTIST: Keri Hilson
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• You’ll find this on the soundtrack for the European film, Zweiohrküken. It’s a bit of a departure from Keri’s Stateside hits, but in a good way. Dope song for sure.

SONG: “Rockband”
ARTIST: Usher
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Usher needs multiple hits to make his comeback official, so why wouldn’t he work with the producer that sent Lady GaGa to the top of the Billboard charts multiple times? The RedOne production is on point but the concept is a little ehhhh. “Papers” is definitely hotter.

Left To Right: Young Jeezy, A-Trak, Rihanna, Soulja Boy, Lupe Fiasco

Each day Complex scours the music blogs for 5 fresh songs that you should listen to in our 5 O’Clock Shuffle post. Instead of going crazy trying to keep up with your RSS feeds everyday, just head over to Complex.com to stay up-to-date on important leaks and releases.

You’re probably aware that today was a big day for new music. If you haven’t heard the new releases from Jeezy and Rihanna, we have both of those on deck. Of course, many of you heard those songs the moment they hit the Internet, but we still have some download-worthy cuts from A-Trak, Soulja Boy, and Lupe that you may have overlooked. Ready to start listening? The playlist begins after the jump…

SONG: “Trap Or Die 2″
ARTIST: Young Jeezy
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• The message of the latest Thug Motivation 103 leak is clear: trappin’ ain’t dead. These bass-heavy three minutes are evidence that Jeezy isn’t lying to us either. Very serious record here. We put the man on our cover for a reason.

SONG: “Heads Will Roll (A-Trak Club Edit)”
ARTIST: Yeah Yeah Yeahs
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Kanye’s former DJ might be busy molding the career of his promising new artist, but he’s still killing his own projects too. Here he turns the YYY’s already awesome single into a club-ready anthem. Easily one of the best remixes of the year.

SONG: “Russian Roulette”
ARTIST: Rihanna
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• We’re not afraid to rock with a Rihanna song from time to time, but her long-awaited comeback record probably won’t be getting too much play around our way. Judging from the snippet on her website, “The Wait Is Ova” sounds way iller. We’ll wait on that one.

SONG: “So Cocky Wit It”
ARTIST: Soulja Boy
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Soulja just unleashed this banger via Twitter. People love to hate on the kid, but if you’re into Gucci Mane and similar-sounding Southern rappers, you’ll like his new stuff. If you’re not, keep it moving.

SONG: “All Sabotage”
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Lupe continues to make music with his rock side project. We’ve heard better from the band, but this isn’t bad at all. Of course, Lupe would want you to believe that this is some guy named Percival Fats singing, but we know better.

We’re back from the long weekend with five more bangers. From SOD Money Gang to the chain gang or Sweden to Harlem, we got things covered. We know you don’t feel like hitting all the blogs tonight, so just keep reading, and start downloading from our Shuffle playlist….

SONG: “Whatever U Want”
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Sure it’s a Consequence song, but Kanye owns it. This isn’t really that new of a song, but the music video just dropped and we wanted to put it out there for those that missed it the first time around. Solid offering from the G.O.O.D. Music trio for sure.

SONG: “I’m Ballin’”
ARTIST: Soulja Boy
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Drake and company’s “Forever” might be the most talked record on LeBron’s More Than A Game soundtrack, but Soulja Boy holds his own with this banger. Plus, this song actually relates to basketball unlike its more popular counterpart.

SONG: “Cuffin’”
ARTIST: Cam’ron f/ Gucci Mane & Vado
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• Who else besides Killa could ostracize public hand holding between couples and turn it into an anthem? Well, maybe Gucci Mane, but he’s on this track too, so it’s a double win.

SONG: “Blinking Pigs”
ARTIST: Little Dragon
DOWNLOAD: [LINK]
• We covered this Swedish collective before, and we couldn’t help but feature another song from their Machine Dreams album. The pop and electro elements are there but we dig homegirl’s soulful voice more than anything. Don’t sleep on this band.

SONG: “Transform Ya”
• CB’s latest has hit potential (no pun intended) but is it the type of hit that will make the nation and media forgive him? Ah, maybe not, but all the kids will be dressing like him this season, so that should count for something.

It’s not hard to wear your favorite sneakers and dress sophisticated at the same time. Just think of it like rednecks and their mullets—business up top. Case in point: actor Tristan Wilds, Lil Wayne, and Soulja Boy were all recently seen wearing Kanye’s Air Yeezy with a grown man twist.

To balance out Kanye’s extravagant, futuristic yet retro signature shoe, all three dudes kept it clean and classy with cardigans. The seemingly unlikely pairing yielded a look that is smart and polished, but still cool and casual. But with all that said, who pulled off the look the best? Cast your vote below!

The Eminem diss song at Soulja Boy turned out to be completely fake, but people who pretend to be your favorite MCs are nothing new.

Yesterday, an impostor posing as Eminem released a diss track targeting Soulja Boy. Given Slim Shady’s recent disputes with Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, this diss didn’t seem like that much of a stretch and we might have even believed that it was real for a good five seconds. But of course, it wasn’t.

No worries though. This isn’t the first time a wannabe-emcee has pulled the cloak over an unsuspecting public’s eyes. We thought stans were bad enough, but we actually managed to dig up dirt on five guys who wanted to be their favorite rapper. Literally. Keep reading and check out our 5 Most Infamous Rapper Impostors…

IMPOSTOR OF: MF Doom
• Earlier this year, Doom finally admitted to using an impostor for some of his live shows. His rationale: “I’m a director as well as a writer. I choose different characters.” Yeah, and we chose to pay $20 for a shitty, fake show and we want our money back.

IMPOSTOR OF: Kanye West
• When Stephen Colbert launched “Operation Humble Kanye West” last December in an attempt to knock 808s & Heartbreak from the number one spot on the iTunes album chart, the fake ‘Ye tweeted the above remark. Press outlets went crazy with the response, prompting an ALL CAPS blog rant from Mr. West denouncing the illegitimate Twitter account.

IMPOSTOR OF: Nelly
• Back in 2001, when there was actually incentive for impersonating Nelly, one shameless impostor did just that on the same night the real Nelly was cleaning up at The Source awards. The fake celebrity showed up to a nightclub with six bodyguards, wearing $20,000 worth of jewelry. When denied entry, the Nelly impostor caused a huge scene that took police two hours to clear. Wow, dude needs a father figure.

IMPOSTOR OF: Kid Cudi
• Several months ago, NYC’s own M2 Ultra Lounge fell victim to another impostor sham. The Scott Mescudi poser was on stage with the DJ for a few moments and was also recorded drunkenly rambling in the video clip above. Eh, that’s definitely not the guy that graced the cover of our latest issue.

IMPOSTOR OF: Jay-Z
• Angelous, Sacario, and NOE aren’t impostors per se, but did anyone ever listen to them without hearing, “This guy sounds just like Jay-Z,” beforehand? Uh oh, faux rap-retirement alert! There was news today that Bow Wow announced his retirement from music to focus on his acting. Do we believe him? Of course not. But really, hate him or love him, Bow Wow has accomplished a great deal for a 22-year-old: six successful studio albums, several lead movie roles (including the upcoming Hurricane Season, about a post-Katrina hoops team), and a few highly memorable appearances on Entourage. Most recently he reunited with longtime mentor Jermaine Dupri for the album New Jack City II, which dropped March 31.

Despite naming his album after the classic drug-gang film, Bow Wow sticks to what he knows best—making poppy records for the 106 & Park crowd. We recently asked Bow Wow our always-interesting Complex 7 questions. Read on to find the out his ultimate turnoff, the stupidest shit he’s ever done, and making up with Soulja Boy…

Interview by Jaeki Cho

#1: WHAT’S YOUR NUMBER ONE DEAL-BREAKER FOR A POTENTIAL GIRLFRIEND?

Bow Wow says: Being needy. I hate that. ‘I have to dress up, and I have to put on makeup.’ No! Just to go to Boston Market? You have to put on makeup? I’m a simple dude. I just rock Jordan shorts, a fresh pair of kicks, a wife beater and keep it pushing. If I’m going in just chilling, with no cameras, then why do you need to throw it up? I’ve always been a person who could be impressed by just simple things because I’m used to seeing all the great things in life, and that stuff get boring.

#2: WHAT’S THE WORST WAY YOU’VE BROKEN UP WITH SOMEONE?

Bow Wow says: I’ve only had two girlfriends in my lifetime. They just ran out. It might sound weird but most girls were just like, ‘I don’t want to see you anymore.’ And I’m like, ‘Aight.’ Nothing crazy. I got busy. They got busy. I became Bow Wow, and I was never home. I was ready to keep it moving because my career was more important.

#3: WHAT’S YOU FAVORITE SNEAKER OF ALL TIME?

Bow Wow says: Probably the Air Jordan Retro IVs. I don’t think you can go wrong with those. I have just one pair. I just got the black and red colorways yesterday.

#4: WHAT’S THE MOST EMBARRASSING PIECE OF CLOTHING YOU’VE EVER WORN?

Bow Wow says: Man, one time I wore boxers to school. Stupidest [thing] I’ve ever done in my life. I was probably about 7. They were Tampa Bay Lightning boxers. They were big as hell. So I wore boxers and another pair of boxers on top, thinking they were shorts. Throughout the whole day of school walking around like that. I’ll never forget that. Some caught on but some didn’t because they really looked like shorts. That was embarrassing.

#5: IF YOU HAD A WEEK HOLIDAY, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Bow Wow says: I would just sleep all week, everyday, wake up, eat, and go right back.

#6: WHAT HAS TO BE IN YOUR FRIDGE AT ALL TIMES?

Bow Wow says: I still play ball a lot so, Gatorade all the time.

#7: WHEN’S THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?

Bow Wow says: Shit, I don’t remember what to cry about really. When [Def Jam exec] Shakir Stewart passed away it was more of a shock than anything. Of course, Jermaine and those guys were around him all the time. But to me it was more of a shocker, ‘Like what? What the fuck?’ I couldn’t understand it, and I couldn’t believe it. One of them type of hurtful feelings.

BONUS QUESTIONS: Bow Wow comments on his sneaker game, and his current relationship with Soulja Boy.

Complex: You had a public dispute with Soulja Boy because he disrespected your sneaker game. At this point, do you still consider yourself the “King of Jordans”?

Bow Wow says: First off, me and Soulja cool. We just did a spring break thing in Florida. We spoke, and I ain’t got no problem with him. He’s doing his thing, and I’m doing mine. As far as the Jordans? I’ve been slacking. I’m a sneaker fanatic though. Chris Brown and I, we probably have the best sneaker collection. His shit is like a Foot Locker how he got that shit up. I thought I was doing something crazy; he really made me go hard at it. We’re out in the road, so we’re getting sneakers. I was at Flight Club NYC just yesterday.

Complex: Do you have any regrets for beefing with Soulja Boy over sneakers?

Bow Wow says: No, not at all since everything happens for a reason. He does what he does, and I do what I do. I think you learn from experience and keep it moving.

What’s beef, anyway? Is it talking greasy about your daughter for having octuplets after already having six kids? Is it slagging on your tween pop-sensation colleague? Prolly not, but that doesn’t stop everyone and their artificially-inseminated grandmother from taking their feuds to YouTube.

If you’re gonna go the digital route, though, you might want to take a second and get familiar with the new art of war, as pioneered by the original catfighters: rappers! Read on to see the 5 best ways to win a shit-talking video battle…

In this exclusive interview, the rapper announces his upcoming Xbox 360 game and explains why Interscope kept him off Busta's latest single.

It's no secret that the Internet and the blogosphere have transformed the way artists get their music out in recent years. Tons of artists drop freestyles daily, but no one flipped the digital marketing script harder than Soulja Boy. Last year, the now 18-year-old rapper burst onto the scene with an infectious song and dance that racked up millions and millions of plays on YouTube'”Crank Dat” didn't go viral, it went straight Bubonic Plague.

Building on the initial “Crank Dat” success, Mr. Tellem has expanded his brand with Yums, a sneaker company that he co-owns, as well a new Soulja Boy-themed video game that he says will release in 2009 for the Xbox 360. Oh, and on December 16, he plans to drop his sophomore album iSouljaBoyTellEm. Complex caught up with the youngest in charge to talk about having another huge hit, why Interscope didn't want him on Busta’s “Arab Money Remix” and why he feels like anything Bow Wow does in the sneaker game, Soulja Boy could do better.

Interview by Joe La Puma

Complex: How many tracks did you produce on the new album?

Soulja Boy: I would say about a good 45 percent. I also worked with Jim Jonsin, Mr. Collipark, Polow Da Don, Zaytoven, Drumma Boy, and a couple underground producers who aren't mainstream yet.

Complex: You recently put out a joint called “Turn My Swag On.” How do you feel your “swag” matches up to people on the “Swagga Like Us” song?

Soulja Boy: I think my swag is on a whole different level. I think Kanye, Jay-Z, T.I., and Lil Wayne are four hip-hop heavyweights right now in the eyes of hip-hop heads who are really in depth with the music, in the whole history of hip-hop. I think my swag compared to them is very different because the type of music that I make and the type of style that I bring is on a new generation type of level. I think the person who you can say my swagger is like the most would be Kanye West, because he's on a more of a new school level. I feel like Jay-Z was back around those days when New York was running hip-hop and I came into the game when the South was running hip-hop, so my swagger is on some next generation type level as far being one of the youngest artists in the game.

Complex: So Sean Kingston was originally on your joint “Yamaha Mama,” and now it seems like Chris Brown has replaced him. Why the switch?

Soulja Boy: Chris Brown wrote the song. Originally, Chris Brown and I did the song together. And then they sent it to Sean in some kind of way, and Sean did his verse on it. Basically there are two versions. The Sean Kingston [version] wasn't supposed to be leaked, but I think somebody from the label or somebody from the studio leaked the record and it was all over the Internet. Then the Chris Brown version was released too. Now, we have two different records all over the Internet. The one on the album is the one featuring Sean Kingston.

Complex: Where would you say your career would be without the Internet?

Soulja Boy: Without the Internet man, I probably wouldn't have a career to tell you the truth. There probably wouldn't be Souljaboytellem, there wouldn't be any “Crank Dat.” You wouldn't know me period. I would have never been brought to life. I would never be mainstream. I know a lot of artists basically wouldn't know who I am. I was in such a small city, once I started my career and if I continued to stay where I was living, nobody would have found out who I was.

Complex: Some people think that it's impossible for you to follow up “Crank Dat.” Do you think there's a chance to top that?

Soulja Boy: I don't think it's possible to top “Crank Dat.” I think it’s possible to have another song that will be a hit, that will go number one on the Billboard chart, but I don't think it'll be a song that can top “Crank Dat” as a whole movement, as a whole dance, and have the impact it had on me being a new artist. Everybody knows who Soulja Boy is; everybody knows the numbers that I put up; everybody knows the “Crank Dat” dance. As far as topping the song? I think my chances of topping “Crank Dat” on the charts will be' I'll say like, 8-out-of-10. I think I could do it. I don't think it's that hard. But as far as topping the overall impact it had? I think it's impossible to do that.

Complex: In rap, you've dealt with some controversy, after folks like GZA and Ice-T said negative things about you. Which situation was hardest for you to deal with?

Soulja Boy: The hardest situation? None of them really, because I'm speaking from what I know. I'm speaking from the heart. I ain't scared to say nothing. I ain't scared to diss nobody, I ain't scared to address nobody who got opinions on me, and want to make comments about Soulja Boy. So as each situation comes, I handle it. I don't really put too much time and energy on it but I address it as it comes. So it's not really a situation that came that is hard to deal with.

Complex: Why do you think some of the older heads would come at you?

Soulja Boy: I think because they feel like I'm not supposed to be here. I'm not supposed to be doing what I'm doing because I came in the game when I was 16, and I'm still only 18. Most of them are old enough to be my granddaddy. They’re old enough to be my father; they’re old enough to be my granddaddy. So they look at me like, “This guy is same age as my kid and he's out here messing with what I do.” But I don't care. I'm just like a kid. I could do what I want to do. They look at me like they want to be my parents and tell me what to do, but they can't.

Complex: Have you seen Ice-T since the situation at all?

Soulja Boy: No, man. I ain't never seen Ice-T ever in my life. I ain't never talked to him ever in my life.

Complex: What about the comment you made about slave masters to Touré? Care to speak on that?

Soulja Boy: I would take that back, because the whole situation I was tricked into. The way he came at me, I wasn't really feeling the whole vibe from the jumpoff. When I do interviews, the actual interview is talking about Souljaboytellem as an artist or what I bring to hip-hop or what I have going on in my career. So basically, the interview, he was asking me how I want to die, and you know asking me like who do I hate in the industry, and which historical figure do I hate. And I was like, “Man, I don't hate nobody.” I would take that comment back because it was just the wrong place at the wrong time to even joke about anything like that.

Complex: Right. So shifting gears, how’s the deal with Yums going for you?

Soulja Boy: Yums is going good man. We great baby! I met with the company executives and they're shipping all of my Soulja Boy shoes in all the Finish Lines across America. I met with Finish Line marketing. We sat down, I did an in-store signing and there were at least 400 people there who bought the tennis shoes and I autographed the tennis shoes and they bought the Soulja Boy t-shirt. It was great. Finish Line was telling me it was great. The numbers is great. I love the deals and decision that I made with this because it turned out to be great.

Complex: You orignally came out wearing Bapes. Are you still allowed to rock whatever you want, or does Yums lock you down and you only get to wear them?

Soulja Boy: I can, but it's my company'I own a percentage in the whole Yums company'so I wouldn't wear another product to mess with my money. So basically, at the end of the day, I could wear whatever I want but I wouldn't disrespect my own line.

Complex: So if you had to choose between rocking a lifetime supply of Bapes or Air Force Ones, which would it be?

Soulja Boy: It would probably be Bapes.

Soulja Boy: [Directs a question to Arab] Arab, if you could rock a lifetime supply of Bapes or Air Force Ones, what would it be?

Arab: Bapes.

Soulja Boy: He said Bapes too.

Complex: Speaking of Arab, is he pissed that he wasn’t included on the “Arab Money” remix?

Soulja Boy: He did the whole “Arab Money” remix, but the whole situation with that, I guess they wanted me to do a verse on the song with him. But I couldn't do the remix, due to label situations. You know, Busta just had a situation over at Interscope, and now he has a situation at Universal Motown. So I didn't want to disrespect the boss. I didn't want to disrespect Jimmy Iovine by jumping on the new project when he just let that artist go. It just was loyalty and respect. I didn't want to disrespect the boss, Jimmy Iovine.

Complex: So Busta wanted you on it, but you didn't because of Jimmy?

Soulja Boy: Yeah, they wanted me on the song. Busta, I know Busta personally. He reached out to me, and I came to the video shoot. I told him about my boy Arab'since the song is called “Arab Money”'to put him on there. But you know Arab did his verse, and I was going to do my verse, but the label and the management were saying, “It would be disrespectful to Jimmy Iovine to do the song, when Busta just left Interscope, it would be like supporting his project over at Universal Motown.” I didn't really want to get caught up in the whole situation, so I just reached out to Busta and let him know what it was. But Arab has his own version of Arab Money with 200,000 plays right now.

Complex: Interesting…getting back to the kicks, what sneakers are your all time favorites?

Soulja Boy: Jordan IVs. I can wear them everyday, errday. I got a pair of Jordan IVs that I could wear right now straight because that's my favorite shoes of all time. There are no shoes that top those.

Complex: So Bow Wow's been on the net saying he’s the Jordan king. Is there any competition there?

Soulja Boy: At the end of the day man, all that stuff Bow Wow is doing, if I wanted to, I could do the same thing. The Nike factory sends me everything. Every time I see a new Bow Wow video, he showing his Jordans off. I'm like, “Man, they just sent me those same shoes” But I don't put it out like that, because when “Crank Dat” was the number one song in the country, I was out there in LA and I met up with Nike. And I went in, and they hooked me up. They sent me the Lebron James and all the Jordans. They send the shoes straight to my house. They send them a month before they come out in stores. All I know is that every time I see a new Bow Wow video, I already got those shoes on my doorstep at the crib. But I don't go and be like, “Look, I got these shoes!” like Bow Wow does.

Complex: I see…

Soulja Boy: I don't really want to get into that because I'm promoting Yums. Why would I even be involved in showing off something that the Nike factory is sending me? Every time I see Bow Wow's videos, I'm just like, it's cool, whatever. It ain't really no competition. Because if I really wanted to, I could make a video two days before Bow Wow and be like, “Look Bow Wow is about to show them in two more days but I got 'em already!”

Complex: You're also big into video games. What are your favorites right now?

Soulja Boy: We're on our tour bus we got the Gears of War 2 running everyday all day. Grand Theft Auto 4, Call of Duty, and Madden.

Complex: Would you ever want your own video game?

Soulja Boy: I'm glad that you brought that up. Soulja Boy video game is coming for Xbox 360 in 2009. After I put the Xbox 360 challenge up on the Internet, it was over all these video game sites. And a couple video game companies hit me up on my email because I put the email on there too. And hit me up like, “Blah, blah, blah, blah.” So I was like, “Oh snaps!” So I forwarded to my management, and they forwarded to my label. And now we’re doing the video game. It was the same way I got signed for my music. It's like history repeating itself, but instead of music this time it's about video games.

Complex: Wow, congrats, is there anything else you want to say before we go?

Soulja Boy: I just want everybody to know my brand new album is in stores December 16th, iSouljaBoyTellEm. I promise you'll love this album. And shout out to Kanye, I got that 808s & Heartbreak. I love the album, man. My favorite song on there is “Pinocchio Story.” Kanye did his thing on the album and merry Christmas to everybody holding it down.

Find out how a web designer from Texas became "White Tee," the first caucasian artist signed to Stacks On Deck Entertainment.

While promoting his sneaker brand Yums at the MAGIC trade show in August, Soulja Boy took a minute out to introduce White Tee, the first white rapper signed to his burgeoning label Stacks On Deck Entertainment.

You probably had the same reaction that we did: who the fuck is White Tee? He doesn’t have an internet following like SB did, he doesn’t have a song on the radio, and he doesn’t have a mixtape out. So who is White Tee and where did he come from? Complex did a little digging, and here’s what we found…

White Tee is actually a young man named Taylor Leach from Arlington, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. Here he is hitting a grand slam in a 2007 baseball game while finishing his senior year at Lamar High School:

Before going by White Tee, Taylor rapped under the name “Taylorachi.” Back in 2006, he released a few songs on the internet with a friend named Lil’ Weenus. Check out some of their early music:

Taylorachi & Lil’ Weenus “That’s Official”

Taylorachi & Lil’ Weenus “Penguins Are So Fly”

Taylorachi & Lil’ Weenus “Click Yo Heels Back”

Taylorachi & Lil’ Weenus “We Talk Through Movies”

Nowadays, Taylor attends Western Texas College in Snyder, TX.
Here he is giving a tour of his dorm room:

In addition to rapping, Taylor has also been making moves in the web design world. After starting a company called Aero9 Media, he has designed sites for Rudebwoy Entertainment (home to Dallas rapper Lil Wil), Yums (a sneaker company from his hometown Arlington) and Stacks On Deck (Soulja Boy’s crew/social networking site). We’re assuming that he and Soulja Boy first met through his work as a web designer. Here’s a video of Taylor attempting to learn the “My Dougie” dance from Lil’ Spain in the Yums office back in January:

In July, Taylor got his first bit of web fame when he appeared in Soulja Boy’s web video “iPhone Tricks Part 1.” In the video, Soulja Boy refers to him as “my favorite white boy” and “Taylor.” It’s not until the end that he jokingly calls him “White Tee,” a name which has apparently stuck since then:

At the end of August, Soulja Boy and White Tee both traveled to Las Vegas to promote Yums at MAGIC. Here’s the video of SB officially introducing White Tee as a member of Stacks On Deck:

The song played in the above video is called “Booty Meat,” which is apparently White Tee’s first single. Listen to a preview of it below.

White Tee “Booty Meat (Preview)”

BONUS: White Tee rehearsing “Booty Meat” in the studio:

So there you have it. Will Soulja Boy be able to turn his web designer into a successful rapper? Leave a comment below and let us know what you think.
