Sims 3 Is A Whole New World

We are some of the many millions who’ve made The Sims the best-selling PC game franchise of all time. Of course, we spent most of our time sadistically torturing our Sims—you know, preventing them from taking shits, locking them in homemade prisons, lighting them on fire, starving them—but hey, like EA says…”It’s in the game!” So it’s with great excitement that we present the latest news about the long-awaited third full installment of the series, The Sims 3.
The game, which doesn’t drop until spring 2009, promises a bunch of improvements, including a new neighborhood exploration system in which Sims can wander an open, real-time world with no loading screens. Also, the Create-A-Sim personalization is more in-depth than ever, with the ability to attribute each character with five distinct personality traits. All this basically means is that there will be better and more creative ways to breed maladjusted Sims sociopaths to cruelly torture. Can’t wait! Check out the debut trailer below.
