Music Interview: Robin Thicke Talks Slow Jam Classics & Nicki Minaj

robin-thicke
Grammy-award winning singer Robin Thicke is an expert at writing sensual music the ladies love. Don’t think that makes him soft though—he’s still your favorite rapper’s favorite R&B crooner. His fourth LP Sex Therapy drops on December 15th, and we think there’s a pretty good chance that keeping it in rotation will help you get laid. Seriously.

Given the theme of the album, we set out to get some sexual confessions from the man who landed the gorgeous Paula Patton, but (always the gentleman) he refused to “kiss and tell.” Instead, we got him to reveal his favorite tunes to get down to and why he thinks Nicki Minaj is a dope date. Check out the quick Q&A and watch the “Sex Therapy” video below…

Style How to Dress Like Robin Thicke

Final Robin Thicke_lead
Robin Thicke may have taken Justin Timberlake’s spot as every rappers’ favorite R&B white boy, but we remember (fondly, it seems) when dude was an unknown, long-haired, soul-singing hippie. Damn, things done changed. Since he dropped his debut album in 2003, he stopped going solely by his pause-worthy last name and he, thankfully, completely cleaned up his look.

Long gone are Robin’s bohemian, bike-messenger threads and unkempt curly locks—today, he’s rocking tailored slacks, shirts, and vests. Last Friday at the Keep A Child Alive Ball in NYC, we spotted Robin stunting in a three-piece suit with his beautiful wife in tow. While we can’t help you land a dime for a wifey, we can help you look the part. Read on to find out how to get Robin Thicke’s look below….
