For those who analyze Victoria’s Secret fashion shows as carefully as we do, you’ll surely notice a beautiful new addition to the menagerie of lingerie models when the brand’s 2009 Fashion Show airs on December 1. She’s Chinese model Liu Wen, and she’s the first Asian Victoria Secret Angel. (Should Asians be happy about this milestone? We think so.) Although conflicting schedules caused her to pull-out of her stage debut this month in 24-Hour Plays, audiences can get their fix of supermodel-turned-actress Lily Cole in the late Heath Ledger’s last film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
