• The blogs are saying that the latest from our current cover star will be on his upcoming Thug Motivation 103 album. It’s what you’d expect from a Jeezy album cut, and if you’ve listened to his last three LPs, you know that’s a good thing.

• It’s not often that we travel across the Atlantic to do a feature with a guy who doesn’t even have an album out, but songs like this make it clear that Ye’s new artist has to the talent to warrant such decisions. Look out for this one on his G.O.O.D. Music debut, Straight No Chaser.

SONG: “Rep Harlem Forever”
ARTIST: Juelz Santana f/ Jim Jones & Tobb Cobain

• Songs like “Forever” always spawn way too many wack freestyles and remakes, but you didn’t expect Harlem’s finest to let that happen, did you? Juelz and Jimmy both go in over one of the year’s biggest tracks and possibly best the original.

SONG: “Don’t Go Outside”
ARTIST: Wyclef Jean f/ Maino

• If you thought about looking this record over, think again. Dude hasn’t been hot in years, but Wyclef is the type of dude you can’t ever completely count out. This record is from his upcoming Gangsta Grillz with DJ Drama and it’s pretty good. Interesting at the least. We can’t wait to see what else they’re cooking up.

SONG: “Big Noise”
ARTIST: Cory Gunz

• Yeah, Cory might need a little career guidance, but there’s no question about whether the kid can spit or not. His flow is the perfect complement to the nasty “We Will Rock You” sample on this cut from his Heir To The Throne mixtape.

Some days it’s a scramble to find new music leaking from notable artists, but the choices were plentiful today. Lil’ Wayne, Drake, and the the rest of the Young Money posse came through with what’s sure to be another hit. Psychedelic rockers Salem dropped some heat almost exactly a year after we first started checking for them. Even Chris Brown found his way onto our Shuffle playlist. The crazy thing is, that’s not even half of what we have waiting for you after the jump (okay, it kind of is, but you know what we mean). Keep reading to check out today’s mix…

ARTIST: Young Money (Lil’ Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Gudda Gudda, Lloyd)

• Turns out “Every Girl” was just a buzz builder and this is the first official Young Money single. Like its predecessor, this one also has major hit potential (corny Flintstones line notwithstanding). The rough version with more YM artists leaked too, but we like this one more.

SONG: “Frost”
ARTIST: Salem

• This New York/Michigan/Chicago band first caught our attention with last year’s self-titled EP and they’re still making great music a year later. Creepy and cold are words that come to mind when describing their sound, but the slightly out of place (in a good way) rap-esque drums bring everything full circle.

SONG: “Back To The Crib”
ARTIST: Juelz Santana f/ Chris Brown

• With the Skull Gang leader’s always upcoming album in serious limbo, we’re not sure if this will really wind up on Born To Lose Built To Win, but Miss Info insists that it’s the plan. Although this isn’t our favorite Juelz song ever or anything, It’s been four years since the last album. We’re just happy to hear something.

SONG: “Something In Common”
ARTIST: Free Energy

• The hype is just starting to build for these new kids from Philly and we bet there’s more on the way. Not only are they actually making rock music when every band is making electro/synth, but they’ve already turned heads with just one 7″ single release. Can’t wait to see what upcoming EP and LP releases, as well as a Fall tour, do for them.

SONG: “Take Me To NY”
ARTIST: Jadakiss

• Riding the coattails of Hov’s soon-to-be smash, “Empire State Of Mind,” Kiss offers his own, less radio-friendly, tribute to the Big Apple in this short but sweet record. Gotta respect the hometown pride.

When you’ve already smacked off every kufi in the tri-state area, keeping heads warm in the winter can be tough. Well, now it seems that Jim Jones has endorsed a new Dipset-friendly form of headwear: the Louis Vuitton scarf draped over the dome.

After coordinating their outfits in the “Love Me No More” video (click here to see Complex’s behind-the-scenes video on the set), Jimmy and Juelz birthed a potential trend. The look is half hoodie, half untied doo-rag, but with an extra luxurious swag-splash. And since the video debuted a few weeks ago, we’ve even spotted some Dip-stans running around NYC, draped-up in silk scarves. But the question remains…will the Complex readers hump it or dump it?
