Like Birdman, Jeff Staple knows a lot about cash money. The streetwear vet has managed to build his brand strong enough to get the attention everyone from Nike to energy drink companies, and he’s doing it by using one design: The Pigeon.
Yup, the official bird of the NYC streets, the one Staple made into a dunk has become one of the most recognizable colorways in the cool-guy world. Some say it’s merely a copy and paste, but hey the kids are buying the shit out of the Staple x [Insert Brand Here] products. With the latest collabo, a 5-panel hat with Kangol, hitting the Internets late last week, we take a look back at all the collabos Staple’s pet pigeon has shat on…

Based off a hunter’s jacket (no Dick Cheney), the Stanford Down Jacket from the homie Jeff Staple is a slick down-filled outerwear piece with suede shoulder and arm patches. The water-resistant polyester shell has pockets galore: six in the front, two on the inside and two stash pockets in the rear. There are even holders for shell casings, in case you really want to buck ‘em down.
There was an awesome green/brown version as part of Staple’s initial drop, but sadly, that colorway appears to be extinct. No matter: The all-black and olive colorways are not only dope, but very affordable. To see the jacket in olive and get Buy It Now info, see below…

The first time we heavily jocked Starter was in middle school'everyone knows the cool kids wore the brightly-colored Miami Dolphins pullover jacket. Then a couple years ago it seems everyone topped off their look with vintage Starter snap-back baseball caps.
Now, pigeon-peddler Jeff Staple is giving the O.G. NFL apparel line a fresh re-design dubbed “Starter Black Label” that will be dropping this fall. The collection features buttery satin bombers, t-shirts, and caps all in your favorite NFL team colorways like Raider Black, Notre Navy, and Dolphin Orange. These are a little more reserved than the crazy kangaroo-pocket pullovers you rocked in 8th grade, but they’ll still satisfy your craving for that star logo. See more pictures of the upcoming line below.
