Style Buy It Now: HUF Mountain Coat

HufBIN
In the world of streetwear, San Francisco brand HUF has been seriously slept on like cardboard to a bum. Sure, clothing heads have been on them for a while but it has yet to start Supreme-like riots outside of its stores. Today’s Buy It Now will open your eyes to the dopeness that is HUF.

The HUF Hooded Mountain Coat is a great alternative to the North Faces and Monclers you’ve got hanging in your closet from last year. It comes in a low-key hunter green that’s perfect for seamlessly rotating those fall colors into the lineup. The coat also features a zip and snap closure, and adjustable wrist openings to block out the elements—and the haters. So cop this, and don’t let anyone or anything rain on your parade. See detailed pics of the Mountain Coat along with Buy It Now info below…

Kicks of the Day DVS Huf Mid Throwback

dvs-huf-mid-throwback2
Looking for a solid skate shoe this summer? Done. For our June/July issue (on newsstands now) we asked Jahmal Williams of HOPPSSKATEBOARDS to put a batch of this season’s skate shoes to the test, and included in the set were these DVS Huf Mid Throwbacks. How’d they do? We’ll leave it up to the expert:

“These are great lighweight shoes with good board feel. The construction is good and the silo is clean. The color is a little crazy, but I like the sneaker.”

The shoes should hit DVS locations sometime this month, if you’re in a metallic silver x superior board feel kind of mood. Picture of the sole when you kick-flip the jump.

Kicks of the Day Vans 3 Feet High Half Cabs

kotdhuf
On June 12th, Dave’s Quality Meat (NYC), HUF (SF), and Kicks/HI (guess) come together for round two of the 3 feet high collaboration. You might remember the first run through that the shops did on the chukka boot, there are similar influences here. DQM continues the Chef theme, taking gingham chef pants as the inspiration for the Half Cab, HUF re-works its “Even Snakes are Afraid of Snakes” motif, and Kicks/HI keeps it simple with it’s everyday Hawaii color palate.

The shoes drop at each of the three shops respectively, June 12th, for $90. Hit the jump for the full collection.

Style Buy It Now: Reigning Champ x HUF Hooded Coach

huflead
One of the many interesting things we noticed in Japan last Christmas was the number of soccer-style coaches’ jackets on the streets, worn everywhere by kids, men and even women. The 3/4-length makes them a little goofy-looking, but they are utilitarian to the max; after all, these are designed for fútbol managers who stand outside in all kinds of shit weather. Well, Canadian sleeper Reigning Champ and S.F. go-to Huf have kept the function while raising the form with their collaborative take on a coach jacket.

Today’s Buy It Now is the Reigning Champ x HUF Hooded Coach, a limited-edition, fully-lined jacket with water- and wind-repellent 3XDRY construction. Just imagine yourself the flyest coach on the planet. For Buy It Now info and an additional colorway, see below…
