Halloween is quickly approaching, and while figuring out a costume is necessary, having a fleet of excellent horror flicks on deck is equally important. You’ve already seen the classics a million times, so look no further than Trick ‘r Treat, the future cult classic that’s finally making it’s way to DVD this week. In a move that Warner Bros. surely regrets, the film was never given a proper theatrical release, which has resulted in unusually high fanfare for its home release. Trick ‘r Treat may very well be sold out at your local retailers, but if you’re looking for a great movie that will scare the hell out of you at the same time, we suggest you try to scoop up a copy before it’s gone.

Remakes have characterized the horror film genre in recent years and the trend has claimed yet another classic franchise: A Nightmare On Elm Street. Academy Award-nominated actor Jackie Earle Haley has everyone buzzing about his role as the new Freddy Krueger and with a new face and more serious demeanor, we see why. Despite the decent chances that this flick could disappoint us, we’re interested, and the trailer does look great. Michael Bay even attached his name to the movie, so it’s definitely going to be big. We just hope that it’s good.

By the looks of the movie poster for Zombie Strippers, Jenna Jameson resembles her old self, before she looked like a collagen-injected carrot. The porn queen is starring in this upcoming horror flick along side her UFC fighter boyfriend Tito Ortiz and Robert Englund (you may know him as Freddy Krueger). While it was supposed to go straight to DVD, we’ve just learned that Zombie Strippers will be opening in limited theaters on April 18th. Watch the trailer after the jump.
