We've always been fan of simple, D.I.Y. thinking, so we have to give it up to David Guillot, who created a hand-held land sail that can be used to propel your skate or snowboard.

While David is selling them for $59.99 each, he also posted a guide about how you can create your own using materials like duct tape, plastic tarp and some fiberglass poles. MacGyver would be proud. Watch a video of the sail below.

The ultimate fashionista ping-pong table comes to fruition.

By now you've probably moved on to wallet-busting denim, but are you still playing ping-pong on a warped-wooded table you've played drinking games on in college? Let's hope not. If you're looking to impress apartment guests and the WII tennis has gotten old, this swanky Paul Smith designed ping-pong table is your joint. Smith got help from designer Hunn Wai, for the high-fashion table, and although it will probably cost a grip, the floss-factor is more than worth it.

We promise you'll have the coolest crib in town if you decide to splurge on this indoor gaming system.

Indoor basketball courts are getting a bit tired, we're thinking the future of household fun relies on this indoor Black Light Mini-Golf set up. The themes to choose from are a bit corny (Incredible Hulk, Search For Atlantis, Space Wars etc) but nothing beats playing 18 holes with your beer-guzzling goonies in your basement. 9 holes will cost your $90,000 and 18 holes clock in at $140,000'the 19th hole after a successful date with your new chick? Priceless.
