We’re still devastated by the loss of John Hughes, and none of the filmmaker’s flicks had more of a profound influence on us than the 1986 classic Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. With it’s endless quotables, Hughes’s fourth film made us want to ditch class and dodge truant officers (well, more than we already were). And if you re-watch it now, its pretty clear that the film’s fashion has come back into style 23 years later—the Ray Ban’s, knit vests and plaid trousers. Even if you were in diapers when Ferris hit theaters, we’re sure you’ve recently rocked something that was fashionable two decades ago. If you want to get a similar look before you start cutting classes, allow the Complex style team to show you how to get fresh like Ferris and Cameron below…

The Zune HD platform is actually pretty sick (we’ve seen it), and we might consider buying it, if they can figure out a way to make it Mac compatible. Zing! [PSFK]
Nike SB's latest inspiration comes from the American comedy classic, ‘Ferris Bueller's Day Off.’ For this Dunk Hi, SB incorporated design cues taken from the poster of the film, such as Matthew Broderick's leopard vest, and leather track jacket. Release info is sketchy, but if you want to take a crack at winning them on eBay, check the auction right here.
